I know this is a REALLY late response, but I worked for Concur and was part of their support team before switching to When I Work. Concur uses Salesforce for their entire Sales and Support platform. For those of you who have live chat enabled, what is your standard “close time” in waiting for a response back from a user? In my research, going to different websites that have live chat and simply asking the agent, I have found that around 3 minuets is pretty standard. My last job we did a 2 min wait time before closing the chat.
