@jon we definitely see our volume drop. A support specialist at BoomTown answers on average 30 complex type tickets a day. Over the weekend we usually receive around 15 a day so it has been a nice manageable number of tickets for one person to handle. I think we have room to grow into this too.

We offer a front facing website and CRM solution for real estate agents. If you know anything about real estate agents, it’s that they work ALL THE TIME! We actually just rolled out weekend Support for our normal hours of 8-8 EST.
