The Zoo is a bit remote, but thankfully we have a number of options for you.

UserConf Shuttle

We’ll be providing a shuttle running from to and from UserVoice HQ (121 2nd St. 4th Floor) to the Zoo on Friday the 18th. If you plan to ride the shuttle, please let us know before September 13th. Space is limited, so sign up early!

Shuttles depart at 8:20 AM from UserVoice HQ.

Public Transportation—From Downtown
(allow 45min)

  1. Make your way to Market Street and 3rd st
  2. Take the L Outbound Light Rail Towards San Francisco Zoo. (Look for a big red and grey train!)
  3. After 28 stops, you’ll be at the zoo! Follow signs

  1. Take 1-80 West into San Francisco over the Bay Bridge (toll road)
  2. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for San Jose/U.S. 101 S/Airport and merge onto US-101 S

  5. Take the John Daly Blvd exit towards Junipero Serra Blvd

Parking

The Zoo has an extremely large parking lot, so parking shouldn’t be a problem. They have generously offered to turn off parking charges after 5:15pm - as long as you leave after that time, parking will be free. If you leave before 5:15pm you’ll be charged the standard $8.00 parking fee.
