This may go against the “don’t be a shameless promoter” guideline. @evan, if I’ve overstepped, my sincerest apologies and feel free to ruthlessly delete this post.
That said, we’re hiring for a Customer Supporter @ Harvest: http://www.getharvest.com/careers/customer-support
We’re all awesome at what we do, and it only makes sense that we’d hang out with similarly awesome people. If you have a friend, spouse, mortal enemy, partner in crime, mother, father, brother, or sista from anotha mista who is dying to break into the realm of Customer Support, send them our way (that isn’t a comprehensive list of relationships that we’ll consider).
It’s a work from anywhere type of opportunity, but we do have a big, beautiful office in New York City if they’re locally-inclined.
January 30, 2026 at 11:14 am #1904I’ve thought about opening a separate forum for hiring threads, actually. Let’s just use this one! If you’re hiring anyone, post it here! (And be sure to update once the position is filled)
February 6, 2026 at 6:14 pm #1966I’ll jump in here as well and give a plug for coming to work on the Google Apps support team in NYC. I’ve been on the team in Mountain View for 3 years now and we’ve just opened up headcount in the New York office.
I absolutely love what I do, we have interesting challenges as a small ‘startup’ within a large company, we’re just starting to really get into customer focus, we’ve done some fantastic scaling in the past year or two and Google is a great place to work.
Let me know if you’re interested, want to know more about it, don’t quite fit the job req as it’s written but still want to apply, etc. We’re looking for technical and non-technical with experience in customer service. Would love to have some of you on the team!
