Is anyone using the Salesforce Service Cloud for user support and interested in sharing ideas? We rolled out the service cloud console in November. We’ve had a little success with some add-on apps but still face a lot of challenges efficiently working cases. Thanks in advance!
I know this is a REALLY late response, but I worked for Concur and was part of their support team before switching to When I Work. Concur uses Salesforce for their entire Sales and Support platform. I think it is fantastic once you get used to how it works. I know that does not really help much, but once you play with it (which I am sure you have by now) its a great tool.
